Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Work was done sooner than I expected and at a fair price as well. I will recommend Carroll Computer Connection to anyone who needs work done on their computers.

Did good on what I wanted done but lost a couple programs in the process.

Take your computer here at your own risk! They told me they were going to do one thing and then did something completely different. I got my computer back in worse shape then when I dropped it off. When I took it back to get it corrected they took no responsiblity for their mistakes. They then tried to accuse me of doing it to my computer. If I knew how to do it myself why would I take it some where to have it fixed in the first place. Horrible place to go, dont waste your time or money.
