Family and Children's Services of Central Maryland is a private, nonprofit agency that offers a range of services for children, families and senior citizens. It provides treatment for child abuse, domestic violence, intervention and senior citizen programs. The agency administers the School Outreach and Advocacy Program, which includes prevention, after-school therapeutic, recreational and mentoring services for at-risk students. Family and Children's Services of Central Maryland offers counseling, case management and shelter services, as well as a 24-hour help line through its domestic violence programs.
