They came highly recommended but I was extremely disappointed. I can't tell you how many "extra" charges and fees were being thrown into my bill. On top of Kathi making meaningless phone calls and attempt to stay on the phone longer just to run up the bill. She even charged me for leaving a voice message. Could of spent half the amount and got the same mediocre results.. Stay away spend your money to get someone better.
