had insurance declined-- was not covered (they had a negotiated rate of $ 239.......they saiud well since your insurer did not cover it we will now charge you $421--- even though I am a senior citizen and pay out of pocket --they want to take even more money from you
NOT FAIR---they obviously make a profot at $239--so you take more from people who pay out of pocket
