In the end the counters look pretty good. The hole for the (undermount) sink is a little unevenly cut, but it is not noticeable unless you are inspecting closely.
Issues:
-JPS seems disorganized.
-During first visit the sales woman said she would have the cabinet designer get in touch with us to discuss cabinets. Sales woman asked if there were times to call/ not call. The cabinet designer called me several times while at work (specified no call times) in the same day and left no messages. I finally answered because I didn't recognized the number. Cabinet designer apologized and said she would send a quote/ image via email. She never did. She never called back.
-Second visit we mentioned this and they said they could send it to us. They never did. We got cabinets elsewhere.
-Install team ruined the dryer ducting leaving holes in it, left the washer unbalanced, and scuffed the wall behind the dryer severely.
-I was not at home during the install and my wife reported having a language barrier with the install team. The install team indicated that JPS would bill us for the balance. They never did.
-The plumber came to hook everything up and expected us to have parts that were part of the contract to be provided by the plumber. He had to run out to Lowes to obtain parts and return.
-JPS ignored my concerns when I addressed them on the phone. The woman on the phone cut me off mid-sentence to say "he wants a discount for a dryer duct." A man in the background said "what does that have to do with anything?"


JPS has a great selection and reasonable prices but their customer service sucks. They texted me a bill for my final balance a month later. I texted back asking to speak with someone as I had never been texted a bill before.
