We sowed new grass seed & had to water it. For 2 pay periods we used triple the normal amount of water. At which point we stopped watering the grass. My next bill was double what it should have been but I paid it. The current bill we got is almost triple the normal so I called. A worker came out 2 reread our meter. I got a phone call acknowledging that we were overcharged & they gave me the new total I need to pay. When I asked about last month's payment being adjusted because it was doubled I was told they can't go back & check..I asked how many other people could be being overcharged as well??? If I hadn't called & just paid the amount they wanted how long would this have continued in being overcharged?? The ladies with whom I spoke seemed PUT OUT that I would even ask about any adjustment?? We have been customers for over 12 years & have no other water company option. I'm gonna have 2 be more careful about thinking that someone will do their job correctly & honestly.

I've been trying to get them to upgrade the line on. Myers lane for years we can't take a shower and wash. Clothes at the same time they told me I'm getting enough water they said I can pay them 15000 dollars and they will upgrade it what. Do they do with all that money they take in their service sucks i think they need all new board members and CEO
