This is not yoga the way you may have expierenced it at traditional yoga studios. Theres lots of grunting and belly patting. Somehow... I'm embarassed to admit, they talked me into purchasing a whole month after a short one time "energy balancing treatment" in which the person did something simiar to Reiki, but not quite as involved or nurturing. I went about 4 times and decided it was wierd and not yoga. I did some research and found out that Dahn has been involved in some questionable practices and some consider it a cult. I cancelled my "membership" and found that they continued to charge my credit card with a signature that looked NOTHING like mine. The credit card company went after them and I was credited. In retrospect, it may have been a good idea to press charges, as someone definitely forged my signature. Either way, I suggest you research this place before going in the front door.
