All of these negative rating are true. My boyfriend and I moved in here 9/12 and were told we had to sign a lease until 2/13 because they do not end leases in November, December or January. We should have known right away this place was going to be trouble. A woman showed us around and was very nice. When we first moved in the parking wasn't too bad. I did how ever have a problem with security. I specifically paid extra to live in a secured building (a buzzer/key only to enter). Later found out after we had already moved in that the laundry facility was in our building. At first I thought this was great because there was an entrance to the laundry room on the first floor without having to go outside, later I learned that they keep the laundry room COMPLETELY OPEN from 7am-10pm everyday. This meaning that anyone on earth could walk into the laundry room then proceed to walk out the door that accesses my building. NO SECURITY AT ALL FOR THE RESIDENTS THAT LIVE IN THE BUILDING THAT THE LAUNDRY ROOM IS ATTACHED TO. I've complained about this to management multiple times and they have done nothing.



Another security issue: All the children that live in this complex know the codes to access all of the buildings, and they are all different codes. Again, I paid for security and have received none. Another issue is that the tenants in my building partake in illegal drugs. I had to call the cops because my 2yr old nephew was visiting and when we entered my building the common area smelt horrendous.



BIGGEST ISSUE

Pest Control: Your lease will not state anything about pest control except this, "Tenant's Upkeep: (d)not place in the apartment or building any furniture, plants, animals or any other things which harbor insects, rodents or other pests;" "Rules and Regulations- Pest Control: Apartment units are sprayed on a regular basis. If you have a special problem with pests, notify the office and the exterminator will pay extra attention on his next visit. You are asked to assist our pest control by maintaining a high standard of good housekeeping. If you have a pet and we must spray for fleas, you shall pay any and all additional charges."

I found bedbugs in my apartment and all my furniture was new. Bedbugs travel via the carpeting and walls and can lay dominate for up to 2yrs without feeding. There are cracks in all my baseboards and exposed cracks to the outside. They made me pay to exterminate this problem when it is stated nowhere in my lease that I have to use THEIR extermination company or an extermination company in general. Why couldn't I just spray, since I have to pay for it???



In conclusion, this place is not worth the cheapER rent. I would only recommend this place if you don't mind any of the issues that I have stated or that others have stated because they are true. The staff is fake friendly to you fyi, and they do not genuinely care about YOU as a tenant, they just want their apartment rented.
