1.0 star rating 8/22/2015 First to Review I looked up a part, ordered, and paid. What came didn't match the picture or part number of the board I ordered. The business (male didn't get name) said it didn't matter what picture was on the internet, the parts were interchangeable. I must have ordered the wrong part for my TV. We agreed on a refund with 30% restocking fee. When I returned the part, he told me the part I sent back wasn't what he sent me - the part numbers and board components didn't match. Welcome to the club, bud! I thought now maybe he would see what he sent me wasn't what I ordered. On my voicemail recording he said I must have sent him a different part back! When I talked to him again, he said that if the part was in working order, then he would refund per our agreement. He would never agree that mistakes could have happened on his side such as putting the wrong label on the wrong shipping box. Final outcome, I paid 66.52 with taxes and shipping and was refunded 37.77. Not an trustworthy business, run away
