I went in to ask for eyebrow wax, she didn't say anything like, we'll be right with you or I'm sorry, it's going to take a while. She said nothing about how long it'd be. After I was sitting for about ten minutes with no one saying anything to me, I finally asked her if someone would be able to do it and she told me bluntly no. I asked again, she said no. I told her that was fine but I wish she would have told me that instead of leaving me just sitting there. She didn't say anything. When I left and was sitting in my car, writing this review, she took the Open lights off and it was 18 minutes before closing. I don't know if she was rude cause it was close to closing but I came in about a half hour early for a simple thing. She was awful with the service. She just locked up 15 minutes early.
