Pacific General Insurance Agency has been in business since 1977 and only selling commercial Auto Insurance to Tow Truck operators. Since 1977 Pacific General has only had one bad rating and this rating was from someone who isn't a client. This individual did not qualify for the program and was angry with Pacific General Insurance so he posted a negative review. This has nothing to do with Pacific General Insurance. Pacific General has a A+ rate with the Better business Bureau and NO complaints with the department of insurance EVER.

Worst insurance agency i ever dealt with in my life. Can't get a return phone call from any of the flunky staff here.

This agency has one of the best persons I have every had any dealings with. Her name is Mandi. IF anyone needs insurance you MUST talk to her she will get it done. GREAT JOB!!!!!!!!
