Stay Away! I purchased a pressure washer from a major online retailer, and also bought an extension hose from PRI listed on the same page as an accessory. When I received the items, I discovered the extension hose didn't work with the electric pressure I purchased, only gas-powered models. I had to pay $10 in return shipping, and a 15% restocking fee to PRI for returning an incompatible item listed as an accessory. When I emailed PRI about waiving the fee, they rudely denied my request, and actually complained about losing money on the deal! I suggested coordinating with the online retailer about correcting the mistaken listing of this item as an accessory, and they didn't seem concerned. They are probably making more money from the restocking fees from unsuspecting customers than from actually selling the proper accessories. Sticking to a policy is one thing, but the rudeness and snarky email replies from them were actually quite shocking and unnecessary.
