Took 2 weeks and after I contacted the seller to see what happened with my order before it was even shipped out. First the owner lied about it being shipped out already, claiming it was lost, but after he sent it out finally, I was updated by the USPS that the same shipping lable from the supposed first order that was lost-was suddenly accepted by the USPS, rather than just the 'label printed' status I kept seeing for the tracking on the first order he claimed was lost. Long story short, it took 2 weeks for them to ship my things, I was lied to about it being lost in the mail and also I told the owner 3 different times before he finally shipped the order that if it wasn't shipped yet to nevermind and refund me instead. He completely ignored me and did not refuse me, instead he sent the things out anyways and when I told him he should just give it to me for free (since he insisted on ignoring my wishes for a refund and mailed it out anyways, lied and took forever to do his job) he threatened to sue me for extortion because I said I was going to give him a bad review online.

Very rude, very slow, very unprofessional. Owner John Hest clearly needs to take a course in running a business and giving good customer service.
