I was there when Joao Castro ex-wife was there with his daughter. What he claims his ex-wife said about her visit to A+ Therapy is not true at all. He should try at least once to attend therapy with his daughter; after 3 years of excellent treatment. Hoping only the best for his daughter. Management.

Mike is such a sweetheart he was my favorite out of all. As for the owner Susan she is so degrading and changes receptionist every week. The way she speak is awful

Extremely rude staff and owner. I called for information and was yelled at and hung up on twice. Once by the receptionist and again by the owner. Their reason for hanging up was because I asked if there was a wait list and they said for what, very rudely . I needed assistance because I'm new to this process and wasn't quite sure where to start. I was hoping they could help walk me through the process since I just received a diagnosis for my son. I'm beyond sad and disappointed that such rude and inconsiderate people work with children. I will definitely be seeking my sons care from a different facility.

I am an active duty military parent of a child who receives therapy. A Plus comes across as a very military friendly establishment, but they are far from it. I did not appreciate the way I was talked to and sometimes completely ignored! While my child loved doing crafts and going on nature walks, she needed to work harder. The therapists had no real long-term treatment plan in mind and treated my family as if they were dollar signs. We started elsewhere and have seen GREAT improvements on my child's health and progress, as well as a caring approach to care. If you are active duty stationed here, PLEASE find another TRICARE provider. You will thank me in the long run. To susan- please call the three receptionists you fired in the 11 months I employed your services and apologize to them. The way you speak to people is disgraceful. I also wonder why I never got a call when I permanently cancelled treatment...I guess a+ didn't care enough to ask why I wasn't coming back! I usually don't post online reviews, but I felt this was necessary.

I was a parent that night at the clinic sitting in the waiting room 5 feet away from the whole incident. That mom was very rude, obnoxious, and extremely aggresive, not to mention, totally wrong in what she wrote. The boy never got pushed, or ever touched the ground, if Mike did not grab him, he would have slammed into the front door and might have fallen down the stairs out the front door. I have seen this mom on numerous times slam the car door in the faces of her kids for no apparent reason. This mom cursed and got right into the faces of all the employees, and would not listen to anyone about what had happened. Maybe she needs to have her head checked out by the Psycologist on site.

Today my son, Bruno, was physically harrassed by the PT therapist named Mike. He grabbed him by one arm, pushed him to the floor and then dragged him out to the door. Bruno has Autism and ADHD. A clinic that hires this type of unprofessional therapist should not allowed to be open. I would recommend the parents to change and look for a SAFER place.... This is outrageous... My son was harassed by a local ignorant... Run away before something happens to your kid also.

Mrs. Kim is Caring, Warm, Professional, Dedicated . After only two sessions the difference to my daughter's speech was very noticeable. They made sure that I understood exactly what was involved in her speech therapy, how my daughter was progressing and how I could help.
