This is the worst rental company to rent from ever!!!… they never want to fix repairs for the homes, when they do come out it’s weeks and months later.. they have terrible
Communication skills half of the company can’t even speak English.. they are rude and very disrespectful to their renters. I have had to live in my home longer than expected unfortunately and have had not one good experience working with them.. I would not recommend anyone getting a rental from this company!!!..

Racis, thieves. Over charge black tenants, do not do repairs for black tenants and lies all the time.

I would not recommend this company for anyone who is renting property, unless they like being spoke to rudely by the employees and like to be kept waiting around for things to be fixed. I principals seem to be very pleasant and seem to want things to be handled with good service but they don't seem to have a handle on their employees or maybe they are just overworked and can't keep up with the requests. I was told today that a door they were going to fix did not fit and it is 7 hours later and no one has come to replace it and they never even respected the fact that I had things to do and did not call me to tell me they were not coming back.
