Be ready to be interviewed twice by 2 different nurses before the Dr. will see you. I was told he may be collecting this data from the interviews for books that he publishes. The interviews had nothing to do with the office visit and they took over 20 minutes. The Dr. visit took less than 5 minutes. The Dr. was not helpful. I selected treatment elsewhere. In my opinion, don't waste your time. Does Cleveland Clinic approve of this mandatory and very odd and personal interview process of new patients? You won't believe the questions they make you answer before being allowed to see the Dr.. They are personal and very invasive and I believe it is abusive of his power to force this upon new patients.
