Called in advance to get an appointment with Enrique (by the way, great guy). I got assigned to another barber (just found out the day of the appointment). I asked Carol to help me by rescheduling the other customer. She showed no care WHATSOEVER, was extremely rude on the phone and hang up. Sad to see people with limited interpersonal skills facing clients...

I promised the barbers today, that I would rate their shop. This place is phenomenal. Old school feel, with modern amenities. Really takes you back to the days of straight razors, and hot shaving cream. I got my best hair cut here, and will continue to go. Very clean, italian marble floors, cherry wood, granite stations, and large flat screen TV's. Really feels like th Ritz Carlton of barbershops.
