My wife had a coupon for a free General Tso with purchase of a regular entree;she sewed the coupon to cashier when placing our order. When the order rang up, it would not accept the order. After looking at the coupon the young woman said that it was only good at another remote location.

After we sat at a table, my wife noticed that they had charged us $4.98 for two large drinks; we had only ordered water. After they adjusted the bill, it turned out that they had only deleted ONE drink. I had to go back up and get a SECOND ADJUSTED BILL. Apparently they do not issue "credits" on the credit card charges; nor did they issue written confirmation of "deleted" transactions. So we will see if we are charged for all three bills.

Then to add salt to the wound, when the manager came by our table later; he said that the coupon would have been honored if my wife had ordered a "regular" size meal for herself. However she had initially asked the cashier if she needed to order a "regular" size meal or if she could order a "small" size; the cashier said that it didn't matter, the coupon was good for either . . . thEnjoy it turned out that the coupon wasn't accepted.

It was a totally disappointing and annoying experience. . . . I think that is the last time that we will go to a Pei Wei; the food was okay; but just not worth all of the other aggravations.

Little to no wait despite its's preppy Weston location. Parking is usually a problem, though, in the Weston Commons Shopping Center.

On September 25th, I had the Coconut Curry steak and fried rice. As for a drink, I had my usual water. The meal came as ordered - with extra sauce. It was hot and well prepared.

I will visit this location in the future.
