Management needs to be replaced, over 10 years in position. obsolete mentality. not up to date communications. Inspecting new crew young kids with no experience and common sense. management fault on hiring.

DO NOT BUY A H OUSE HERE!!!!! this association does what they please with our money .....they are now putting new mailboxes in @ $245.00 a pop ...i wonder who is getting a cut for this? because undoubtedly someone is getting something for signing this contract,why didnt they just put it in the assesment bill? the reason is that that way was to transparent....this method makes it easier for them to handle commisions etc etc.instead of taking care of some parts that are beginning to look like hialeah ...the place is falling apart ,the pool is filthy dirty,the people who work there absolutely inept and cant answer simple questions and the always have an answer for not doing their f......ing work
