World Travel Assist is a joke. Don't ever buy their service. They are a great example of disrespect and lack of customer service.
I've been waiting for 6 months for an invoice to be paid. After calling them several times and being said that my payment is being processed, the last answer that I got from customer service was: "ok, I will give you a 3 weeks timeframe to have the invoice paid, but that is a lie because the invoice is not going be to paid."
That is what a WTA attendant tells a customer that is waiting for 6 months to have an invoice paid.
I just want to alert other customers so they don't make the same mistake I did of buying a service from WTA-World Travel Assist.
