2 years ago I dropped off a mazda rx8 for a clutch replacement, I was told when I dropped it off it would be 2 weeks before they could start on it. 3 1/2 weeks later my car is finally in the shop by the time it was done it had been a month. Then i was told when picking the car up he didnt know how to adjust my clutch. I did a 30 second google search and found how to adjust my clutch and did it myself. 2 years after this incident I decide to give them another chance to redeem themselves just to relive the situation all over again with my F150. I needed my motor replaced and had the replacement motor in the back of the truck I dropped it off on a tuesday the mechanic said he had a roofing job to do and he would not get to it till early next week I said that was fine. Well everyday I would drive by and the new motor would be uncovered and exposed to the elements. So everynight at 11pm on my way home from work I would have to go out and cover it back up. I finally call the next Wednesday after seeing my truck sitting out side still. The then tell me it probably wont be till next week. I had seen their schedule when I dropped off my truck for the week they were originally supposed to work on it and the week was empty not one job scheduled . After I heard that I towed the truck back to my house. I will not pay a company to lie and jerk me around
