Stay away from Bob!!! He is a lazy slacker, snake in the grass bullsh*t artist. I caught him in way too many lies to be comfortable with recommending him to anyone. Alando seems to be the honest one of the group, if you must go here ask to work with him.

Great guy and he'll hook you up. I bought a GMC Seirra there and they gave me a great price and hooked me up for my trade-in truck. Which other dealerships that I went to would not do. They put brakes, rotors and tires on the truck for me. Don't listen to these fools that are talking shizz about Prestige. Good People and Professional Service.

The truck had a steering box that was leaking unbenounced to them until I had it inspected. This was a unique issue that required some work. I called Bob from the service department and he and Carlos set me up with an appointment to diagnos the problem. So a week later I dropped off the truck and Bill the mechanic fixed it for me. I could not be happier with the Truck and the cooperation of the service department to get me back on the road. Thanks guys!!

I bought a 2008 toyota corola ...

I bought a 2008 toyota corola and with my great credit they got me .9% finance ,i took the car to my mechanic and he told me prestige put new brakes and rotors all arround ,new oil,new filters that the spared no expense,i'm very hapy.THANKS KEVIN .

I should have known better the...

I should have known better then to go back to this place a second time with my husband after having a HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience the first time I checked this place out!!



We got there and met an extremely friendly salesman.. who seemed genuine but, didn't realize til a few days later how much of a liar he was! We picked a car.. worked out some numbers and all seemed good! Signed all the paper work, being rushed because it was past closing time.. told us we were all set the car was ours! told us what our payments were.. blah blah blah and sent us on our way and told us to call in a few days and we could pick the car up within that week.. well a few days goes by, I call and leave message after message with no call back and nothing but attitude on the phone from whoever they wanna call their receptionist!



To make a long story short.. the car we were so called approved for days prior...and all set to pick up was ALL A LIE! No bank even approved us yet.. they couldn't find a bank to work with us, and now want co-signers and all sorts of crap.. we said forget it!!!!!!



So mad we picked up the money they ALREADY took out of my account to transfer plates.. for a car that wasn't even ours like they promised!



Sounds to me like they wanted to get home and rushed us to make a quick end of the day sale assuming they'd get a bank to finance us no problem.. WELL THEY WERE WRONG! AND SHOULD BE GLAD WE DIDN'T FIGHT THEIR "WE FINANCE ANYONE OR THE CAR IS FREE" POLICY!!



do yourself a favor and stay away from these scam artist.. who take advantage of people who have no other choice but, to visit these types of places!

AWFUL DEALERSHIP LIARS

Do NOT buy from this dealership. I went there and told them how much I could afford and of course they showed me a car that was out of my range and told me that was the best they could do. They told me I shouldn't have a problem getting financed so I signed the papers and left. They called me 2 days later and told me i was not approved for financing when they have "we finance everyone" right on the back of their business cards. I left a $500 deposit with them to hold the car which was placed on my debit card. I called and told them I wanted the money refunded to my card. They told me I had to drive there and have the card swiped because of their new system that was the only way. I live 45 min away so this frustrated me greatly. I talked to 2 different secretaries and a salesman who all gave me this same excuse that their new system could not process a refund over the phone. I asked for a manager. The manager told me that it WAS possible to do but he needed the owners approval and had to call me back after he talked to him. I had to keep calling there everyday because no one was calling me back every time they said they would. I kept getting "I'll have to look into that and call you back". I called back and talked to the manager the next day. He told me the owner said he could either refund my money or get me a car I could afford using in-house financing. I told him I had to discuss with my husband but I would probably just want my money back because of all the bs they had already put me through. I told him that I would like the owner to call me and he replied "I will pass on your information but i can't make him call you." I called again the next morning and asked straight for the owner. Once he heard my name he was "busy" and couldnt talk to me. I had Pat from my office call there for me and ask for the owner. He got right through to the owner and told him that he was a co-worker of mine and my money WILL be refunded today over the phone. Pat said that companies refund credit cards without swiping all the time and that it IS possible and it needs to be done. The owner Manny accused Pat of being an impersonator and said he was from another dealership. He said he could hear the beeps in the background. (there was NO noise in the background.) The owner then used the excuse that I had to sign the refund which Pat told him was not true, but he can run the refund and fax us the reciept for me to sign. He kept telling Pat that he was an impersonator from another dealership, which he clearly wasn't. These people are very unprofessional and lied to me on many occasions. I know they were just telling me I had to go down there because they wanted to try to sell me another car while I was there. I am so fed up I never want to step foot anywhere near that dealership. I will be very happy to bring my business elsewhere and DO NOT recommend this place to anyone. It has already taken me 4 days to get them to refund my deposit and now I still have to wait for it to clear in my account. AWFUL
