I brought my car here in Feb 2014 to have them replace my windshield wipers, the things on the hood that squirt the washer fluid and to LOOK at my brakes to find out what was wrong. The guy said he had to order a kit to fix the things on my hood so they squirt. He only replaced 1 piece. Why would you charge someone for an entire kit and not use all the pieces??? Then he told me he replaced my rear brakes and greased up the calipers. NEITHER of which I asked him to do! Also, I had just had new rear brakes put on exactly 1 yr prior and I don't do nearly enough driving to warrant needing new ones that soon. Not only did he NOT grease up the calipers as he stated, but he only replaced ONE side of the rear brakes! What the hell kind of mechanic does that???? I THOUGHT i had a place I could trust but no longer, not as long as they keep this one mechanic on board ripping people off!!
