Terrible customer service and business acumen. Their party bus broke down on the highway with no power or an emergency roadside kit. Our driver was not providing details as to how we were going to be transported, he responded to each question by saying another car will be here shortly. 20 people waited in the cold for 1 hour before another limo arrived, at which time they refused to credit our group with a partial refund. The only way they agreed to refund us, is if we found our own ride home from the destination. We missed our event and their customer service ruined our night.
