I was a customer there for 3 years. Around the beginning of the 3rd year I got a tad behind in payment by 10 days. I couldn't believe even tho I dI'd all I could to notify I would be late a bit I received nothing but ignorant threats constantly daily that my locks would be cut and my stuff put up for Auctions. I tried multiple times to find information on the owner so I could directly explain my change in circumstances after 3 years of payment on time but the manager refused over and over to put me in touch with the owners. Id stay away from this business seems criminal in elements due to not being able to complain to anyone when there is a problem.
