I am nothing if miffed by the lack of follow-up by Paul DiGiacomo. Paul did work on our house this past year, the week the work was completed we took our concerns to Paul - the work was not the greatest quality. Paul was good about coming out and repeatedly asked if we were 'happy'. We weren't and told him, he then let us know that he was having a really bad winter - we felt bad for him and asked if he could please come as soon as possible and make the repairs we had listed for him. He said of course. Paul has never made the repairs he promised. He has said on no less than 10 occations that he would make the work right - do the repairs. We now have water damage and have found out that he has done this same thing to other customers.



Look for another contractor - this is one you do not want damaging your home!!!

Paul did our copper roofer just over 8 months ago. Immediately after the work we had rain storm, the water ran over the gutters, nothing ran down the down spouts and we started to see damage to our the eaves. We contacted Paul and while initially he quickly came out and checked, he stated that he had followed the roof line and the water should sit up to the rim on the gutters. Checking the internest, not being a roofer myself I found this to be false. Contacting Paul again he began to make excuses about what a rough winter he was having but he would take care of the work soon. This spring and summer we have had significant rain. I have called Paul no less than 5 times to please, please, please come take a look and repair the roofing and gutters as I had water running down the sides of my house, damaging ceiling inside and causing significant damage to my eaves. He promised to fix everything but has never shown up to make the repairs. Being left with over $10,000. worth of damage and repairs needed I have no choice but to proceed with a lawsuit.



If Paul were to show up and repair the roofing, gutters down spouts and eaves damage I may have had some faith restored. I think 8 months is pretty patient for a customer!



This contractor gets les than one star based on lack of follow-up, poor quality workmanship, lack of ethics and total lack of honesty!
