My kids love their aerial suspension training and the instructors so much they want to plan vacations around it so they do not miss it! Great for them and a fun thing to do.

Can't say enough about FitU! I've belonged to countless gyms, had numerous trainers and have taken classes all over Bergen County. FitU has everything you could possibly need under one roof so there's no need to be anywhere else. The small group training is highly personalized, the classes are high energy and tons of fun and the staff is hard word working and very knowledgable. In the 22 months I've been a member at FitU I've completely transformed my body with the help of the incredible trainers & instructors and at almost 40 years old I feel absolutely amazing! I highly recommend Fitnaholics Unanimous for all your fitness needs.

AMAZING!! Omg I love this place! I never thought I would find a fitness studio/gym that would meet all of my desires!! I've been to a lot of different places in Bergen County, but they pretty much all felt impersonal, and I was basically giving a donation. FIT-U blew way passed my expectations. There's tons of classes that make cardio fun!! All of the trainers are awesome and supportive- it's like being with family. Above all, I actually see results! So many fun ways of training, great music, fun atmosphere and growth! What more can I ask for. FITNAHOLICS is a MUST
