I was also given 2 overdraft charges for purchases made when my account was in good standing because of information that an agent did not bother to give.
Then the assistant manager couldn't be bothered to come out to tell me that since it wasn't a bank error that nothing would be done. She instead sent another banker to tell me.
Even in calling the 1-800 number you are told the same thing.
I guess it's okay to train your staff to get as much money out of you as possible.
Horrible bank.
I wish I had asked around before signing up with them. Everyone I talked to says this is a bad bank.
