I am a teacher and getting married this summer, so this is not my year for car repairs! I was told by the dealer that I needed $575 worth of work done. I had the money and was going to pay it, but something told me I should check out a few more places. Every place I called gave me a quote without even looking at the car. Rick at RIck's Auto, though, said "I can't give you a quote without seeing the car. It wouldn't be right." So, I went in. Rick took the time to raise my car in the air, to show me underneath and explain what he was looking at, and came to the conclusion that I needed absolutely NOTHING done on my car. He easily could have said "You need a new this or a new that...", because I know nothing about cars. He didn't. He was honest and said "those parts are good for a long time. I know. I own a Honda too."



Seriously. Go to Rick. He is the most honest auto person I have worked with. Ever. I will definitely be going back to him whenever I need repairs.
