it sucks... i been sitting here for 4 hours and no service there a bunch of buttlickers

This place is a joke. I was horrified! I made an appointment for the first time because I moved to the area and must have gotten the only person who spoke English. When I got in, I sat down and even though I had an appointment, my nail tech was not ready. So she sent this young kid (no more than 12 years old) to get me started. He clearly didn't know what he was doing. Then when my nail tech finally came over, she told me she couldnt do what I came in for and kept trying to push acrilic nails on me. I settled for a regular manicure with just clear nail polish so I could get out of there and go somewhere that knows what they are doing. While finishing the lotion part of the manicure , it was clear she was angry I wasn't taking her acrylic suggestion and she was so forceful that one of my nails was actually bent back! She even had the gall to charge me for a manicure at the end of it all when I just wanted to get out of there. STAY AWAY or they will ruin your nails!
