BHN has had internet problems since Christmas 2014 and failed to inform their customers hoping they could resolve the issue before the next class action lawsuit is filed. If you are one of those unfortunate customers that are not getting the internet speeds you're paying for, first contact BHN to get the issue noted on your account. A Bright House technician told me they are no allowed to inform the customers of the ongoing problems or risk losing their jobs. If you continue to experience lousy service/internet speeds, file a complaint with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC).
