Doctors are great, but the staff at the front desk make it so unpleasant that I dont want to go back. Currently looking for somewhere else to go. It's unfortunate.

I went to this place to get relief from my pain. They drug tested me and found drugs in my system in October. They Did one procedure first week of November, I ran out of the compounded Vocdin which they prescribed.( the compounded ones do not take away the pain) I called them to refill my script. They refilled the compounded vicodin knowing I had failed my drug test. I went for second procedure which was a steroid shot in my neck,my pain level now is a 10. I can not move my neck. My pain is worse than before. I called 3 times the week after procedure. They never got back to me. I had a follow up appt. the next week the physicians assistant told me I could get another shot which I refused. She then proceeded to tell me about my drug test. She told me she couldnt give me anymore narcotics for my pain. But she knowingly called them in the week before. They just wanted the money. $938.00 for each shot. They dont care about their patients whatsoever. They treat everyone like cattle. like an assembly line. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone. They are unfriendly and uncaring.They are in it for the MONEY.So I have to go to another DR to fix my botched injection. Do yourself a favor and do not go here. Oh and I waited almost 3 hours because they ran out of pain medicine. Can you believe it a pain clinic running out of medicine. UNREAL
