I just returned and had a very nice experience. Tracy, the receptionist, was competent, efficient, and caring. Greg Kinder, the Physician's Assistant (doctor) was terrific. Good personality, focused, caring, knowledgeable, and did a good job on the minor surgery I needed. It is a great blessing to have this facility in Weyers Cave.

Wonderful experience, start to finish! The receptionist, Kayla, was very welcoming even though I got there only 15 minutes before closing time. I did not have to fill out piles of paperwork, they simply asked the questions in the room so I only had to answer them once. The xray tech, Jen, was very friendly and helpful, as was the nurse practitioner, Deonna. The NP seemed extremely knowledgable and experienced, answering all of my questions. I will definitely be back next time I need care!

It is getting better. The doctors, nurses, and staff are becoming more friendly. In the past I've had some that aren't too caring or friendly but, the last couple of times I've been in here. It has improved.

I have been there on several occasions and each time I did not wait more than a few minutes .I was treated very nicely and was in and out fast with prescriptions. I am very thank full we have a clinic like this in our rural area.

It was awful. I would never go back there. I waited for at least 3 hours. The doctor did not know what he was saying. I ended up going to another doctors office and they ended up finding something wrong, where as the doctor at Augusta Health Urgent Care in Weyers Cave said nothing was wrong with me. He also told me I was not dehydrated and did not need an IV, even if i was dehydrated he does not like giving IVs because drinking fluids is better and fast, maybe better but not faster... I would not recommend them to anyone. Take my work GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
