In all the 20+ years that I've been going to nail salons, I've never been more impressed and satisfield with a salon as I am with Simply Polished. The ambience and atmosphere is clean and professional. Ivy is the owner and works alongside her mother. She's passionate about what she does, which can be reflected in the service she provides to her customers. Here are some highlights of the salon:

1. There's no "in and out" rush to get to the next client, which allows you to relax and enjoy the pampering.

2. Cleanliness is evident as soon as you enter. Ivy prides herself on maintaining the salon and all of her tools and equipment to stay within inspection guidelines, and ensure that customers feel safe and comfortable with their experience.

3. She is extremely informative and observant. She noticed my bad nail habits and problems without me telling her. She asked questions to guage how to better serve me and she thoroughly explained procedures while she did them.
