RIPE OFF!!!! SCAMMERS!!!! BEWARE!!!

Brought my daughter in to get her nails done, since she was going to get her pictures taken at school. I walk in and see the sign for $25.00 full set special for students. I told them that is what I want for my daughter. I asked how long it would take, since I had to run across the street by Shoprite. They said 35 minutes. I come back and nails are, but they are still buffing and working on her. We brought our own nail polish and they apply it and the guy says he will put a top coat and it will she will be done. I get up to pay, give the guy $25 and he looks at me and says that my daughter agreed to pay for gel. He goes its going to be $50. How do they justify $50 when I brought my own nail polish? Never giving her a price, just mumbling and talking very softly. THEY DO A LOUSY JOB, CROOKED NAILS, NEVER LET HER WASH HER HANDS AFTER BUFFING THEM, WORST EXPERIENCE EVERY!!! I'd rate them a zero stars if I could, NEVER GOING BACK THERE...did not tip them, walked over and took my daughter's tip money off their table and walked out!

I've been to this place before and they did a good job only because the owner did it. This time I went and had a different person and they were TERRIBLE!!! This girl did not seem very nice and WAS ON THE PHONE TRYING TO ORDER FOOD WHILE HELPING ME!!! I went to get a mani-pedi for a wedding I had the next day. When I looked at the completed pedicure, the nails weren't even straight and the polish was poorly done!!! I could have done a better job and that's free!!! The mani was alright until she tried to do the design. This girl couldn't even do a swirl! When I told her I wasn't happy with it, she FINALLY called the owner over to do it! I had to pay $50 for the combo! Never going back again!!!

I got a shellac manicure and it ended up wrinkling so the person doing it started to scrape it off, just to have another person come and file it down and paint over the mistakes! Horrible. It took forever and they still charged me. I will be lucky if this polish ever comes off since there are about 10 coats on my nails--NEVER again!

Outside the front door reeks of cigarette smell. They reek of cigarette smell. When I went in I asked for Tips instead she gave me a half assed job of a Manicure. Very unsatisfied.

I am probably never going back , unless it goes under new management. I was there less than 5 months ago (and before) and had a great experience. Today, however, was disappointing. The lady who did my nails (red glasses, older woman) isn't gifted enough for the job. She wanted to use the shredder-like apparatus on my feet, when I refused (I've never had to have that done, and don't want to get an infection/harm the skin), she wanted to use something that clearly said it was for calluses. I don't have any. She removed the gloves when it was time to do the lotion, nailpolish etc and I noticed that hers looked grayish-green in some spots, like she had nail fungus. I should have ran off then. The nail polish application was a little off too. I chose a light pink, but you can clearly tell there is a big spot in the middle of my big toe nail where it looks like it only got one coat. She also missed my nails a couple of times, which means I got nicked.

I just went here a week ago for the first time and got a full set of acrilic tips with french manicure and gel over top. In 4 days the gel was chipping...so i went back on friday and asked them to fix....so they redid the french and gel....and the girl working there went on to tel lme that the reason why they got messed up and chipped is because i have curly nails! aren't everyone's nails curled? mind you, she said hers were too..and then i overheard her telling the woman next to me that hers were too. so obvioulsy this place is using cheap crap. the reason why i am writing this is because it's only 2 days later, and they are chipping again! so annoyed wish i could get my money back! ugh
