Provided by YP.comWalked in and they said "just sit anywhere". The first table was dirty. Went to another table, it was dirty. Mind you, it had been "wiped", but it was still dirty with gobs of dried food and coffee stains on it. Went to a third table and it was dirty too, but decided to just sit there. After 10 minutes the waitress came and "axed" us what we wanted to drink. We both had water. The glasses were visibly stained and filthy. Then she brought out the silverware and it had not been washed at all. It had dried egg yellows on it! After that we left before a roach crawled up our pants or something. I have never in my 52 years on this planet been to such a nasty restaurant. The health department needs to shut this place down ASAP!

Provided by YPmobileHow many of you know that servers only get paid $2.13 an hour? Dennys is suppose to supplement the pay when tips are low. Servers depend on our tips. This new manager has decided that all his servers are liers and just not claiming there tips, so he has decided to "make payroll corrections" and not only is he not paying the wage addition but he is also deducting money from there checks. This manager said "He has the right to make changes, because they lie". He made this decision the first week he was there. And has since deducted out of 2 checks. Leaving these servers with a wage of about $5 an hour (only in tips they have already taken home). Can you believe that managers can get away with this? I know this is true, I happen to know 3 employees there and i haveseen the check Stubbs. These kind of managers need managing.

Provided by YPmobileThe Denny's Franchise should be embarrassed of how this Denny's is operating. I came in waited at the door for almost ten minutes, let's step back the restaurant appeared to be roughly 30% MAX capacity with what appeared to be nearly 80-100% front staff (8-10 waitresses), finally a waitress came and said just sit anywhere. So I did. Five minutes or less someone came and took my drink order and dropped off a menu. Few minutes later she returned and she wasn't rude but she wasn't all that friendly either... she took my order & brought my coffee. Approximately 20 min later and 10 minutes after my coffee was empty another waitress passed by and asked if I wanted more coffee, which I did! Ten minutes later that coffee was gone too... and remained that way. After sitting there for 55 minutes. .. not 15.. but 55.. the waitress returned and said "the cooks just got here so your food is coming" I said "they just got here?" "Yeah there was only one girl, just so you know" and walked away. . With an empty coffee. Feeling a little discouraged I began looking around. . Several other tables were also looking impatient and drinking their waters. I then took notice of the kitchen where there was a high level of bickering and unprofessional comments being made. Well 20 minutes later food came. . Not my food BUT food. ALMOST and hour and half waiting just to get the wrong food. VERY POLITELY I told the server this was not what I ordered and asked just to be charged for the coffee and Orange juice and I'd just go. There was no way I was going to risk A) waiting another hour B) upsetting that unprofessional staff and getting my food messed with. She walked in the back and in a loud and rude voice said "he don't want it no more, he said it took too long and wasn't going to wait no more" NOT what I said but ok. "Then someone else said to her "you didn't even take him the right skillet!" She said "don't matter, he said he wants the check I ain't bringing it to him" Ten minutes later, someone which I pray to many things Holy was not the manager gave me the ticket and said "did you have the coffee, Orange juice and skillet" "no I had the coffee and Orange juice and to be clear I didn't send my food back because it had taken to long I sent it back because it wasn't what I ordered" Looking at me like she couldn't even spell the words customer service she said "here is your bill just Orange juice and coffee no skillet!" In about the most unsympathetic manner possible. I left my $5 and went to find food elsewhere, Several customers were still sitting there drinking their water. Having traveled around this great nation it is obvious to me that the leadership in this facility is FAILING! The attitude of the staff is a disgrace to any restaurant, let alone a big name chain like Denny's. If Denny's doesn't address these issues the name will continue to be tarnished and stock will continue to drop. I'd like to see some leadership step up and send in a secret shopper to evaluate how broken this location is at this time. For all the customers passing by... hold out a few more exits this is NOT a quality stop!

Provided by YP.comI left my Iphone there when I was eating one night. It took them 4 days to call me back and tell me that they had it. Since then, I have been there 2 times to pick up my phone and I have gotten the run around both times. I still don't have my phone back.
