This company should offer refunds for the shoddy work they do. What they do can't be called carpet shampooing because they just spray some solution on your carpet, and run the buffer over it. Most people don't know anything about carpet care, but I do know that their technique doesn't clean your carpet. It burns the fiber out, and leaves your carpett lifeless.
