Just an overall dirty place with a super slow wait staff. Waited almost 45 minutes for our lunch. After eating half of it I found a big black curly hair in my food. I couldn't get out of there quick enough after that.

This restaurant gets a lot of business. So, people must like it, but I get the feeling of a not clean place. Food okay, but I don't think it's very fresh.

well since there arent many resturants to eat at in wharton, this is the normal choice for some unless you want authentic mexican food. im not a big fan of this restaurant because the service is not always great, and the food is sometimes cold. and also, the fajitas ARE good when the ARE NOT burnt or extremely crispy. but. most any plate with chicken at the "cucos" sauce is good. i preferably enjoy larry's or cuevas more only because the food looks more tasty and it's more homemade food.



ps. my ex worked on the a/c at cucos and said it is stuffed with food and that u would never want to eat there again if u saw it.

they have the best fajitas that i ever had in any restaurant
