This is a VERY undependable Co. When you set down at your computer, you never know if you will be able to access the internet or not. If you can connect, you never know how long the connection will last. If you call the service dept. they will only reset their signal, giving you internet access for a unknown length of time and then tell you that they will contact you, which they WILL NOT do. If by SOME chance they do contact you and make an appointment to see you, they WILL NOT show up or even call you. They will want you to stay home, even if it their signal which is at fault. They will tell you that it is your equipment which is at fault, even though your neighbors are having the same problem. All in all a very unreputable Co. I am switching to satellite.
