My uncle tragically and unexpectedly died and we didn't have any idea of how to go about the process of cremation and planning a funeral. The employee, specifically Bevin, that helped us was rude, in-compassionate, and insensitive. It has been ten days since my uncle passed and she is still giving us the run around and trying to over charge by double for cremation. We found a great place today that is compassionate, is charging us half the price for the same services, and handling all of the details for us. Now we can move forward and grieve. Please, never let these people take advantage of your vulnerable state of mind.

Never use this place. I tried to report them to the BBB and since they are members they were only questioned. Now I am going to hire a lawyer.

They helped me thru a rough time and I had no clue as to what needed to be done. They were all very helpful and patient. I can not say enough good things about the whole staff. Thank you so much for everything you did to get me to get thru this sad and stressful time. Thank you All!

They set up a really nice service for us, but they didn't try to push us into anything fancy. They took really good care of us, and made everything as easy as it possibly could be.
