To say that I am technologically challenged is an understatement. I told Scott what I was looking for in a computer (I haven't owned one in over 10 years), and he found the perfect laptop for my needs. Once I purchased the new laptop, Scott took the time to answer all of my questions with the patience of a saint, no matter how many questions I had. I wouldn't recommend anyone else!

I met Scott several years back and I am telling you right now there isn't a better computer tech out there. I had a PC crash with some 30 years of pedigree's and breeding information with genetics and ancestry for my White Dove Release Ministry stored only in my computer, I started calling so called computer techs and EVERY ONE of them would sit down and run through the same BS and milk me for anywhere from $200 to $400 dollars and I'm not talking 1 or 2 techs I'm talking 5 or 6 I would have gladly spent twice that amount to get this information back, finally found Scott Shelton and was and still am impressed with his service. After telling Scott what had been done before him he went into areas of my hard drive that none of the other techs even looked at, Long story made short Scott was able to retrieve most everything else these other guys couldn't. We were not able to retrieve the pedigrees but Scott was able to recover all other vital info, got me set up with a new system a backup hard drive for a really fair price. Over the last 10 years I can't even tell you how many times Scott has bailed me out of a jam and ALWAYS in a timely manner and with fair prices that as a small business is so important. I recommend if you ever need computer tech support give Scott a call, you will not regret it. I have referred other small business' and even close personal friends to Scott with ABSOLUTE CONFIDENCE.
