I had an initial telephone consultation with Mike. He is a very close and patient listener. He waits and hears you out. Then he gives a solid perspective on the matter of concern and suggests a course of action. He does not pressure, nor even attempt a high retainer. He is extremely fair and forthright. I felt his energy and efforts are immediately directed to solving your problem and helping you. I had originally called him on a Friday when I missed him. He called me back Monday morning and scoped right in on my problem with expertise and genuineness. I feel he likes helping people.
