I called and spoke with Kyle about a small job thay I was bidding for one of my customers. I when I told him that it was a single set of metal stairs with two landing and handrails, he half laughed at me, caught him self and then said that the job was to small for them. Being a little irritated at being dismissed so out of hand, I called back to speak with their sales manager. After being put on ignore for over six minutes, the receptionist came back on the line and told me that no one was available to speak with me. I am a good paying customer with cash in my hand and you are to busy to sell me stair parts????OK!!!!!!! I will be sure to tell everyone that I know to go somewhere else for there parts as well.
