my wife's car's radiator failed in the intersection of 14 & sheridan! the guys from the shop got it out of the intersection very FAST!!!! was told it would be done in a day, it took two, no big deal, parts and making sure it was only the radiator, that is fine. when i went to pick it up they broke two of the screws holding my grill at the top and didn't put three of the screws back in at the bottom!!!!! so only one screw was holding it together!!!!!! don't know what i'm going to do do about the broken ones. Only say this because they were going to let it out the door like nothing happened. mechanic said thats what happens when he starts and some one ells finishes. UN PROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!!! Then wen i tried to give my credit card he looked at me like WHAT IS THAT!!!!!! and tooled me if i pay cash there would be no tax? KINDA FISHY!!!!!!!

I brought my BMW to Jasper's to get an oil change they the. Insisted I needed new ball joints ok fair enuff a week later my radiator goes bad so I brought it in three radiators two fans and Almost 1000$ later my car is still not working correctly these guys are no good they have cost me more than I could afford to pay and I still can't get to work thanks a lot jasper!

I've been toJaspers with three different cars. a chrysler convertable 2005, a1985 toyota mr2 classic, and a rav 4 2011.. these guys know cars, repairs have been fast, as promised and reasonable,,, a great place
