I don't understand ANY of the the negative comments about these guys on here. I have dealt with them twice and by far the nicest people I have ever bought a gun from, not to mention the best prices in the area. Couldn't be happier with their services.

Being new to firearms and having alot of questions, Tom, Justin and Roc all gave me the info I needed to make the right purchase. Granted yes their selection is not that of a big store but then again you will never pay big stores prices. Find what you want to buy and shop it , this place beats everywhere trust me, I looked. I bought a XDM 40 3.8 and a few other things, while waiting for my background check, Roc gave me step by step instructions and even showed me how to field strip my firearm. That being said, I will purchase all my firearms from Toms.

I bought my first AR15 and do not know anything about the rifle except I fired one once and wanted to get one.After a couple of months on the internet and several gun shop visits to other stores,I was recommended to Tom and Joe's.Tom was great ,He took the whole rifle apart and put it back together again explaining it to me all the way. He gave me a great lesson in taking care of my new investment.I dont know what everyone is talking about and I am glad that I dont listen to anyone I go find things out for myself.I was there for at least an hour and a half and Tom was fine with everyone that walked in.I will do ALL my gun and accessories purchases there from from now on.A word of advice to anyone looking to purchase a firearm. Go and find out for yourself. You know what they say about opinions!!!

Rude, lazy, condescending and over all the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Don't consider trying to order something or worse yet, have something transferred in. It will never happen. Unless you are a friend (who are always hanging out) you will barely get spoken to. Save yourself the time.

I have been in their store 3 or 4 times. Unless you are interested in an item (in stock) or they know you, forget it.

These guys are the most down to earth and knowledgeable guys I know. If you need a firearm. . . New, Used, or consigned, this is the place to go.

These guys are EXTREMELY rude. I went in to buy some ammo I called about. He asks how many boxes i want, and staring at a wall of ammo I asked if the two brands of the ammo I was looking at were the only two they had. He then says "Did you hear that" to his butt buddy and the other guys says "yup, wish I didn't". I asked again and he doesn't answer. I then ask again "Look, I just want to know if the two brands I am looking at are the only two they had available so I can make a decision." Guy just looks at me, so I just left These guys are full of themselves. Their little hole in the wall crappy store most be doing really well to treat their customers like crap.

This shop has poor selection, overpriced, and the owners/staff are extremely rude. I am a Marine and I wouldn't buy from these guys. While I thank them for serving their country I am embarassed and dissapointed in their behaviour and attitude. Not representative of a Marine. That's my personnel experience with them. I also have a friend who special ordered a XD40 and they ordered the wrong finish and barrel length. When he refused to pay they kept his deposit. Very poor. Do not waste your time here.

WHEN I CALLED TO GET DIRECTIONS AND ASK A QUESTION I was belittled ,and when I got to the shop I had to wait an hour and a half for this tatood angry guy to show up and open the door.It took going back 4 times to finish a simple transaction and each time I was treated with arrorgant disrespect.I don't think they care how they come across to customers and I won't going back.
