as I looked over the paperwork I was signing- it explained the dentists here were not employees of the building or practice but CONTRACTORS?? "clinic" in a dirty basement of the building. drywall was crumbling off the walls from rolling chairs colliding, rooms aren't fully separated, so the person next to you getting their mouth worked on is practically visible and nothing like a full wall separating you from dental machine and mouth mist. the light that extends over patients has an "elbow joint" with black dust buildup, couldn't tell if the floor was extremely dirty or if it was just old tile with pockmarks and scrapes all over. as I was paying the receptionist, the guy that worked on my mouth just stripped off his lab coat and flipped on a jacket and was out of the building before I was..seemed like a prank- like he was on his lunch break and came in from another building to make a few extra dollars.. and to top it all off the tooth that I had repaired broke again within a month.

Terrible experience with Central DuPage dental group. The dentist, Hannah Baek, cancelled my appointment (which I waited 2 months for) because I showed up 5 mins late. And then when I tried to re-schedule, the lady upfront was very rude and wanted me to wait another 4 weeks.

They also have very questionable billing practices; they'll quote you one price and charge another.



Go somewhere else for your dental needs.
