I called to get a cab the guy said 10-12 minutes..20 mins past I call back "where's the cab I have to catch the train". Oh he's 5 minutes away..10 minutes pass I call back no answer ..the guy shows up an hour late with 3 different b.s stories! The metra is 4.4 miles from my home..he charged me $16.40! I have him a $20 he complains about not have change..Seriously?? I'll never use them again I spit on their company name
