Don't go to WHEATON'S LA TAN!!!! and DON'T BELIEVE THE OWNER!!! I belong to Naperville's loc & had bought a package of Mystic Tans. I rarely have gone to the Wheaton loc & now I see why. I'll never go there again & never recommend it! Went in & asked the assocte for a level 3 mystic spray tan. She asked: 'Clear or Bronze' ? (Because i wanted to double check on that location's definition, I ASKED HER "WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE?") The associate said the clear changes your color very gradual over time. The Bronze is IMMEDIATE COLOR but don't bathe over night. I said "That's what I want! The bronze." I come out with no bronze immediate color. The spray was even clear. She got the owner on the phone & I was told by her that the bronze is gradual. Asked for the credit back on my account. The owner agreed & said that I could go to the napervill loc to get the spray tan. I went to naperville loc & NO CREDIT GIVEN!!!!!!!! SO MUCH FOR KEEPING THEIR WORD & PROVIDING WHAT YOUR ASSOCIATE SAID I WOULD GET! ZERO CREDIBILITY!!!



If I had been told that both the bronze and clear were gradual and i would get the color over hours....and i still chose to do the spray tan...that's one thing. But if i am told that one is immediate color and i come out w/out immediate color (like i'm accustomed to seeing at many other tanning places including their own location in naperville)......that is just not right. I just wasted my credit! I as the customer did not get what i was told i would get. So make things right and give the customer their credit back. But no...instead the OWNER decides to say to me on the phone, that she'll give me the credit for the mystic tan and the $5 credit too..........she goes on to say to go to the naperville location to get my mystic tan. I go there the following day and the owner did not keep her word! SHE LIED TO HER CUSTOMER! NOW that is not a reputable place, not a credible business or honorable person. I do have a few other words to describe their behavior.



I did get the level 3 mystic tan at the naperville location and guess what! Immediate dark color and the spray that you towel off when you come out of the booth....a dark dark bronze color too! Hmmmmmm Interesting don't you think!
