Located in Wheaton IL we called NeoTec and they were out at our facility within 4 hours and had diagnosed our problems - a virus and a slow running system, offered us a number of solutions and fixed our problem and made additional safety measures! We highly recommend them.

My home laptop stopped working & as I am pretty computer illiterate, I was panicking. I found Neo Tech through the YP app on my phone & called. I was given a next day appt & within an hour of arriving, I had a completely well working computer. I will recommend Neo Tech to anyone with computer needs. Great experience! Thank you!

After having an incredibley horriful experience with the Geek Squad at Best Buy I found Jeff with NeoTec. Probably the best personal experience combined with the expertise of a well seasoned IT. I had 3 computers he was working on all at the same time. I was thinking that he was going to charge me for 3 seperate computers but when he was finished in about 2 hours he charged me an hourly rate. So when one was installing and updating he was working on the others. Not only was he so productive he also gave me some tips on how to further protect my network. With free support and the in hourse, yes I said In House appointment he came to me and worked on my computers so I didn't have to disconnect everything and transport them to him. Great business model! So not only was he about a 1/3 of the price of Best Buys Geek Squad, he actually fixed the computers in house cheaper than 1 computer I had the Geek squad do which turns out wasn't even fixed when I got it back.

They really know what they are doing. They came to my house and fixed what Best Buy said was unfix able. They answered my call and came out the same day. WOW
