Absolutely terrible! I was paying my assessments by auto debit to Alama, an association company which introduced itself when i closed the property in 2016.After 3 years, all of the sudden I get a rude notification from a new association which I had had no idea had taken over be means of their collection agency for unpaid assessments. They were threatening to repossess my property if I did not pay up!!!There had been NO PRIOR notifications by them of any changes whatsoever in the association by email or mail or phone prior to this! They had ceased to answer my phone calls or my email inquiring what had happened. I am terribly upset and embarrassed by the way they treated me as a homeowner. I will bring this up with the board.Ray
